Ribbed Root Barrier Panels
The Ribbed Root Panels have been specially designed and made to be fitted during urban tree pit construction, urban tree planting landscaping projects and when constructing new road ways and utlities need protecting during new building and landscaping phases. The gt Ribbed Root Panel system is designed for installation vertically underground, guiding root growth downwards. Due to the flexibility of the system, the gt Ribbed Root Panels can be folded up to a 90 degree angle allowing for a number of configurations to be created for different tree planting scenarios. The system allows the growing media and tree to first be planted and the root panels installed to suit the depth of the planting, volume of growing media and size of the rootball.
